Hi Rachel I send the defect STB PCBA to the factory Tracking info Fedex 772623180381 This package has 5pcs of defects PCBA sample. YY8003A incoming inspection 2023.05 : Hangup / Reboot YY60583 incoming inspection 2023.05 : Hangup / Reboot YY60520 incoming inspection 2023.05 : Hangup / Reboot -> as 2023.05 reported PCBA YW11JM4 Field return symptom : No Sound YWA0Q64 Field return symptom : No Mic ->Field returned STB. As a result of ALT’s internal review, require failure analysis. Please proceed factory FA including SoC FA. Thanks SON. |

Dear SH SON Thanks so much for your supporting this issue. BFX-UA300 - Unstable operation (hangup / no boot) issue, now we can cover on FATP from ( 08/Aug ) by test program. But we must find out root cause for future action, need RD support analysis more. The NG sample we prepare OK and waiting PM ( Mr An ) sent to RD - Tom Lee. Many thanks Rachel |

Hi, Sean and Cooper Request to explain why there is a difference between the U2 (0.422V) and the U3 (0.526V) clock VIX min levels . Hynix DDR SI report summary 21,09.13 Si report : H5AN8G6NDJR-VKC (U2) -> The VIX was NOT good and it did NOT meet the JEDEC standard. 23,11.02 Si report : H5AN8G6NDJR-VKC (U3) -> The VIX was pass . Hi Ralph Li, Did Foxconn Factory add this ONOFF Station to filter boot fail STBs only during the mass production ? Did Foxconn Factory not to test this kind of test before ? I think your "Power On/Off test 5 times" looks same test as this. If you tested this station before, then please let us know the difference. Best Regards, SuhYoung YOON |

Hi Yoon In SWAN project,there has not been done this kind of test before.This test station is added to filter NG boards with hang-up/reboot issue. The testing method is the same, the only difference is total number of tests.(5 times increase to 10 times). Because under the previous test conditions of "Power On/Off test 5 times", It was found that the failure was not discovered until the third test, so we decided to increase the number of tests to ten times to make sure that the NG board can be filtered.
